Are dogs allowed?
Dogs can stay with us for €35 per night (except in suites). A welcome gift awaits you at check-in. After check-out, the room will be thoroughly cleaned for the next guest. There is a maximum of two dogs per room. If you're leaving your dog unattended in the room, please let reception know.
Please note: Dogs are not allowed year-round on the beach at Koningin Wilhelmina Boulevard. Click here for more information.
Where can I park?
Paid parking is available throughout Noordwijk. Our hotel has a partnership with the parking garage of the Vomar supermarket behind our hotel (Bomstraat 19). This is about a 3-minute walk away. Parking costs €22.50 per car, per night. Upon arrival, you will receive a parking ticket, which will be activated at the hotel. Once activated, you can enter and exit the parking garage as often as you like for the entire duration of your stay (including the day of departure). Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve or guarantee a parking space here.
Note: If your license plate is registered with a parking app, such as Parkmobile or Stadsparkeren, you may not receive a ticket. Parking will then be charged to your own account (€25 per 24 hours). If you don't want this, please disable it.
Our hotel has 7 VIP-parking spaces on-site. You can reserve these upon arrival. The cost is €35,- per car, per night. If you use a hotel parking space, you can use it until check-out time (11:00 AM).
You can also park on the boulevard. Rates depend on the municipality of Noordwijk.
You park at all times at your own risk.
Where can I park the car to load and unload luggage?
We have two 15-minute parking spaces in front of our hotel that you can use to load and unload your luggage.
What time can I check in?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Is there a luggage room?
Yes, if you arrive before 3:00 PM and your room isn't ready yet, you can leave your luggage with us in a locked room. This is also possible after checkout, for example, if you're planning a day at the beach!
What are your opening hours?
- Restaurant opening hours
The kitchen of Restaurant Two Brothers is open daily from 12:00 to 22:00. During the low season, from November 1st to April 1st, our restaurant has adjusted opening hours:Sun - Thurs until 20:00Fri - Sat until 21:30
- Hotel bar opening hours
Our English hotel bar is open from Sunday to Thursday from 5pm to 11pm and on Friday and Saturday until midnight.
- Reception opening hours
We have a 24-hour reception. However, the entrance doors are locked at night. You can ring the doorbell and the night porter will open the door for you.
- Swimming pool opening hours
The swimming pool and steam room are open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Swimwear is required. Between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, the pool can be reserved for private use due to our mission.
- Sauna opening hours
Monday to Thursday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Friday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00
During the autumn, Christmas and spring holidays the sauna is open from 10:00 to 22:00
Is breakfast served?
We serve a daily breakfast buffet in our restaurant, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. If you have booked a breakfast-exclusive package, you can add it to your reservation by contacting reception. The cost is €21.50 per person.
Are there rooms with balconies?
Yes, our Executive and Family Rooms have a balcony with a sea view. The Steltloper Suite has a roof terrace. Our Tiny Rooms have a French balcony.
Is there air conditioning?
Air conditioning is only available in a few of our room types. These are the Tiny Rooms, Junior Suites, and the Steltloper Suite.
Are the rooms non-smoking?
Yes, smoking is not allowed in the rooms and/or balconies.
Do you also rent holiday homes?
Yes! We rent out two authentic fisherman's cottages (dating from 1785). Fisherman's Cottage #15 sleeps two adults and two children, and Fisherman's Cottage #17 sleeps two adults. Dogs are also welcome. Both cottages are located diagonally behind the hotel and have a private parking space. You can also use all the hotel facilities, such as the breakfast buffet and the swimming pool.
What are the public transport options nearby?
Bus lines 20, 90, and 385 stop behind our hotel. The best place to get on/off is at the "Parallel Boulevard" stop.
Is there a bicycle shed?
Yes, our hotel has a secure bicycle shed. You can access it with your room pass. Various cycling routes are available at reception.
Where can I rent bicycles?
Our hotel offers bicycle and e-bike rentals starting at €16.50 per bike, per day. E-bikes are €32.50 per bike, per day.
What languages are spoken?
Our reception team speaks Dutch, English and German.
